Interesting you make claim that since Thom and posters here voice that very comparison between the Nazis and the current administration nearly every day. I guess it is ok if a leftie/socialist to trying to create more engineered drama for the lemmings to absorb.

I heard one of Thom's radio clips talking about how historically conservative individuals worried that democracy could be dangerous because the "rabble" has the potential to demand things of their government, things which in turn would make them lazy and unproductive.
Well I guess the wealthy righties can stop all that fretting now. They've successfully twisted democracy into a massive wealth concentration vehicle for themselves.

I think the Republican senate leadership knows that the bill is going down. They are now doing damage control by making the bill as draconian as possible to make the right wing base happy. They want to be able to go home and say that they did the best they could to destroy Obamacare but failed because of the evil Democrats and a few left winger RINOs. The message will be that if you really want Obamacare killed, you have to give the Republicans 60 votes in the Senate and an even bigger majority in the House.

Post #4. Interesting site for total lack of reference or fact. They post about certain Doctors but nothing about overall best medical care. We do have good universities. But a huge factor in medical costs is the American Medical Association. It is essentially a union for Doctors and limits the number that can receive medical degrees and drives up the costs by limiting the supply. I looked at your reference, look at mine in Post #1. I can also come up with many more.
Back in 2000, the last year they did the rankings, the World Health Organization had the United States health system ranked 37th......yes 37th.

Really do not understand the comparison of Hitler. Very few had health Insuranse then and healthcare was affordable.

NO IT DOES NOT. I have been a health care professional for 41 years, and I have never seen such rampent horror stories. There is really no health care in the State of Illinois.

Senate "Leadership" (loosely termed) doesn't want the CBO to score the Cruz amendment before the floor vote. Another parlor trick is to push the bulk of the repulsive Medicaid cuts into the future far enough so that the Whip can tell their skittish, so-called "moderates" some other Congress will probably reverse them anyway. You know, vote for cuts that won't happen. Riiight!
