At this time I'm not sure on the split of California...it depends on exactly how they propose to split it and what makes it to the ballot.

It sure would be nice to stop filling all those swimming pools in La...Hollywood...and Silicone Valley with our water while we put out signs every year saying if it's yellow it mellow if it's brown flush it down. SF wasted more water with broken main pipes than we could save by counting every drop. We live on wells so when they go empty we have to buy water in tank trunks. We cut back on Showers while So. ca. fills there pools, and we are the rainforest of Ca. All politics of course.
