Since last August, Governor Corbett's Department of Welfare has removed over 88000 children from the Medicaid rolls in an effort to "reduce waste, fraud and abuse." And the very, very Ugly! Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson. Reverend Peterson, a super- conservative African American Republican who has campaigned against the likes of the Reverend Jesse Jackson and President Obama, told The Huffington Post that he would: "take all the black people to the South and put them on the plantation so they would understand the ethic of working" and went on to say "I'm going to put them all on the plantation. They need a good hard education on what it is to work."
