Donald Trump has threatened the fate and future of human civilization by joining with fossil fuel industry billionaires in denying climate change.

-- He has threatened world peace by upending our alliances with other democratic nations and aligning himself with dictators, murderers and autocrats.

-- He has sold off public lands to his donors and cronies, devastated our public parks and sacred places, installed an anti-labor labor secretary and anti-school education secretary, and broadly corrupted a government that Americans have fought and died to create and maintain for over 240 years.

-- He has enriched himself at the expense of the American people and given people like Jared Kushner, a grifter and a clear security risk, access to the nation's most sensitive secrets.

-- He has welcomed foreign interference in our elections on multiple occasions over multiple years, and brought the office of the presidency into ridicule and disrepute. Impeachment is not just a process of censuring or removing a president from office. Impeachment is also a historical document that tells future generations where America draws the lines. There was a debate during the Nixon impeachment over whether they should include his illegal secret bombing of Cambodia in the articles of impeachment. They ultimately chose not to, but definitely should have.

We can't make that mistake this time; if we are to impeach Donald Trump, it should be for the entire, broad spectrum of crimes that he has committed against our nation, the world and humanity.
