Donald Trump has officially unveiled his first budget plan.

He's calling it the "America First" budget - but a better name for would probably be "Oligarchs First" - because they're the only people who get anything out of it.

The rest of America gets hit hard - and I mean really hard.

At the same time as it ramps up defense spending by a whopping $54 billion and calls for over $2 billion to build a border wall - Trump's budget also calls for brutal cuts to every other part of the government.

Especially ones that help the poor.

This isn't about money - it's about ideology - and a sick and brutal one at that.
