You may have notices in your own home city - or in nearby cities - the proliferation of traffic cameras to catch speeders and people who run red lights. Now these cameras SHOULD be used to promote safety and to curb reckless driving. But instead - they're being used to issue more traffic tickets and to plug local budget holes.
