Bryan Pruitt, RedState & Kymone Freeman, We Act Radio/Black Lives Matter DC. When Americans voted on November 8, 62 million Americans chose Donald Trump as our next president. But as a startling new report from the New York Times reveals, what they actually got from their vote was President Steve Bannon. Although Trump is officially commander-in-chief - he stops working at 6:30 PM - at which time he gets in his bathrobe and starts tweeting while watching Fox So-Called News. Bannon, on the other hand, works 16 hour days, and as Chief Strategist and a National Security adviser, plays a huge role in directing White House policy. His role is so large that he appears to know more about what's going on than Trump - and could even be trying to make himself a shadow president. According to the Times - Trump wasn't fully briefed on the executive order putting Bannon on the National Security Council when he signed it. The Times also says that chief of staff Reince Priebus is now trying to assert control, but how worried should we be about having a president Bannon, with all that entails? Are we about to go to war with Iran?
