As result - hundreds of thousands of immigrants who could have applied tomorrow to get their deportations deferred are now stuck in legal limbo. Naturally - Republicans in Congress are trumpeting Judge Hanen’s ruling as the beginning of the end for President Obama’s immigration plan.
