So she refuses to admit that there's any way that her actions could be seen as provocative - and she thinks "everybody" is in danger because she's received death threats. No one should be threatened with death for speech - no matter how hateful. But that doesn't mean the world's 1.6 billion Muslims are coming for her or anybody else.
